Corporate Table Packages

  • Table identified with company name
  • Company Name Listed on the ABLE2 website under ‘Who’s Coming’
  • 8 tickets including eight 4 course-meals, 8 complimentary drink tickets for the cocktail reception, and 2 bottles of house wine for the table during dinner

Optional Add-On/Enhancement for Corporate Tables: Wine Lovers Package

Corporate tables have the option to upgrade their corporate table experience by adding the Wine Lovers Package to their order. The Wine Lovers upgrade includes:

  • 4 bottles of premium wine for the table (instead of 2 bottles of house wine)
  • Seating in a prime location at the front of the room near the stage
  • 8 loveable sea creature stuffies (each sea creature represents one entry into the Sea Creatures Sweepstakes Raffle)
  • Early event access (avoid the line-up to get in, first look at the silent auction, limited edition themed cocktail and more)

The Menu

A big part of the Maritime experience at Evening in the Maritimes is the east-coast inspired menu. There are three menu options available for guests (selection for each guest must be made at the time of ticket/table reservation; allergies and dietary restrictions may be accommodated if indicated at the time of the guest reservation):

Seafood

A 4-course meal featuring Artisan greens salad + traditional seafood chowder with scallops, salmon, shrimp, clams & P.E.I mussels + a whole cracked Nova Scotia lobster served hot with melted butter, coleslaw & potato salad sides + a platter of East coast-inspired sweet bites for sharing and tea/coffee

Beef

A 4-course meal featuring Artisan greens salad + traditional seafood chowder with scallops, salmon, shrimp, clams & P.E.I mussels + seared beef tenderloin with potato mash, seasonal vegetables and wine sauce + a platter of East coast-inspired sweet bites for sharing and tea/coffee

Vegan

A 4-course meal featuring Artisan greens salad + butternut squash bisque with cashew and sage chimichurri, paprika olive oil + seared chickpea and sundried tomato griddle cake with black bean succotash, crispy shallots, pumpkin seed pesto + a platter of East coast-inspired sweet bites for sharing and tea/coffee

Beverages & Bar Services

The EiTM cocktail reception will offer a variety of:

  • Themed Speciality Cocktails
  • Themed Speciality Mocktails
  • Wine
  • Beer
  • Spirits
  • Water
  • Soft Drinks
  • Bubbles

Each guest will receive one drink ticket for redemption during the cocktail reception. A cash bar is also available (payment via credit or debit).

During dinner, corporate tables have wine included (there is a choice between 2 bottles of house wine or an upgrade to 4 bottles of premium wine). A cash bar will also be available between 6:30 pm and last call at 9:30 pm (payment via credit or debit).

Stay at the Westin

If you’d like to take the elevator home on the night of the event, guests can book online at the Westin Ottawa on the nights of May 10 or May 11 at the group rate of $289 CAD per night. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis up to the room cut-off of April 11 at 5 pm ET. (as space permits). Alternatively, we suggest you check out our ‘Anchors Away & Stay’ package that includes event tickets + an overnight stay at the event hotel (see pricing and inclusions above). Payment Methods

All purchases must be paid online via credit card at the time of purchase.

Participant Cancels

For fundraising and social events, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances if the registrant is unable to attend. However, the registrant/s is welcome to find a substitute. The substitute person’s requested information, e.g. contact, allergy, food and room preference, etc., must be provided 10 working days before the event is scheduled to occur.

ABLE2 Cancels

In the event that ABLE2 cancels the event, a tax receipt will be issued for the full amount. Allow 15 business days for the tax receipt to be processed.

Event Postponed

If an event is postponed, not cancelled the following options are available:

  •  Registrations/tickets are honoured for the new date.
  •  Registrations/tickets can be transferred to another individual. This change of participant and their accommodation/allergies etc. must be communicated to the event organizer 10 days prior to the event.
  • Registration/tickets may be cancelled and a tax receipt for the full amount will be issued.
  • Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

EiTM Safety Measures & Duty of Care

Any local public health or provincial guidelines will be followed at the event.
