GROW: Raising Financially Fit Kids

26 Mar, 2026

Join ABLE2 for a webinar on Raising Financially Fit Kids on March 26 as part of our GROW Education Financial Literacy Series. This session is designed to support parents, caregivers, and supporters in teaching children about money with confidence.

Talking to kids about money can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming, but building financial understanding early has lifelong benefits. This session explores how to support children in developing healthy money habits—beginning with reflecting on your own relationship with money.

This practical and engaging presentation covers how to find everyday teachable moments, introduce age-appropriate financial concepts, and start conversations about spending, saving, and credit in ways children can understand. Participants will learn simple, effective strategies for fostering financial literacy at home or in other caregiving roles.

By the end of the webinar, you’ll have tools and approaches to help children grow into confident money managers, no matter their age or learning style. The session is welcoming, supportive, and designed to build comfort and confidence around family financial discussions.
