ABLE2 is offering a series of virtual workshops to help people with disabilities, their families and professionals in the community learn about and participate in fun activities.
Yoga in the park will be a gentle yoga for everyone, whether you have a mat or need a chair. All poses offered will have options for all types of abilities. Together we will be exploring self-compassion, gentle movement, breath, and meditation.
