Connected Canadians is a national nonprofit with a mandate to provide free technology training and support to Canadian seniors, fostering digital literacy skills and reducing isolation and loneliness. Through partnerships with senior communities and other senior serving organizations, they provide virtual one-on-one training sessions, volunteer training, group workshops, online game events, virtual art tours, and more. Their skilled volunteer technology mentors tackle Canadian seniors’ various technology challenges either in one-on-one or group settings. Their clients learn to use digital platforms (like Zoom) to connect with their families and loved ones, access medical professionals (telehealth), government services and much more.

Connected Canadians’ workshops are fun, interactive, and informative sessions, held virtually over zoom, that allow participants to learn about a specific technology related topic while still being able to have their individual questions addressed.
