Laughter Yoga is intentional, prolonged laughter exercises which promotes yogic breathing. It has many benefits!

Laughter Yoga:

  • Can boost your immune system
  • Decrease pain
  • Make your abs feel great!
  • Lower your stress levels

A session of 15 minutes per day is all you need to feel your best.  Elsbeth will lead you in a 15-minute session of laughter yoga, give you tips on how to develop your own practice and answer any questions you may have.  You will leave this webinar feeling relaxed, happy and with the tools to be able to practice on your own.
