You are cordially invited to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting of ABLE2

An organization’s annual general meeting (AGM) is the most important meeting of the year, with the Board of Directors, Executive, and general membership all in attendance.  At the meeting, the Board details agency performance and outlook, and all members vote on key issues relating to the organization including the election of Board members.

When: Wednesday, June 8, 2022

Where: In-person/virtual event

Time: 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Please RSVP for the AGM by May 31, 2022.  Registration for the AGM will close June 2, 2022 at 2 pm. 

Membership requirements:

  • Volunteer Ally, Friend or participant in Person-Directed Planning and Facilitation and Fetal Alcohol Resource Program in 2022-2023 – Membership Fee $5
  • Siblings Group parent, Person-Directed Planning family member, Fetal Alcohol Resource Program family member, Build Community (formerly Lifetime Networks) family member, Board member or Committee member in 2022-2023 – Membership Fee $25

To be able to exercise your right to vote at the Annual General Meeting you will need to purchase a membership no later than May 8th, 2022. A purchase of membership after May 8th will not qualify you to vote at this year’s AGM.

FASD Symposium

The FASD Symposium is Eastern Canada’s largest annual gathering of everyone connected to the FASD community. This one-day interactive, educational event, with content available in English and French, attracts 400+ people each year. Our theme for 2023 is ‘It is Time to Change". A day that will bring together advocates and researchers and creative ideas about effecting change in systems, identifying existing gaps and suggesting actions we need to take to support people (and their caregivers) in the FASD community.
