We are excited to SEA you all again! Tickets and tables go on sale on January 31, 2022 and will sell quickly for the highly anticipated 2022 edition of Evening in the Maritimes.

2022 Ticket & Table Prices/Packages

Corporate Table Packages

Pre-Sale 2022 | February 11 to February 28

$2,200 – Quantities limited, while supplies last

Inclusions

  • Eight (8) tickets to the event including the meal and one glass of wine/drink at the cocktail reception or served at the table per person.
  • Two (2) bottles of wine for the table.
  • Buyer to be entered into a draw to win a one-night stay (double occupancy) at the Westin Ottawa Hotel on the night of the event.
  • Early event access (avoid the line-ups to get in, first look at silent auction, limited edition themed cocktail available at the bar for purchase).
  • Seating in front half of the room (closer to the stage).

The Lobster Shack

Event guests can enhance their experience at Evening in the Maritimes 2022 by adding on these fun (and delicious) extras to any ticket or table order. All pre-purchased items will be available at the Lobster Shack onsite during the event. Simply present your proof of purchase to pick-up you order.

  •  Lobster to-go – You can never have too much lobster! Purchase a lobster to-go and we’ll have a fresh, fully cooked (cold) lobster packaged up and ready for you to take home and enjoy.

 Payment Methods

 All purchases must be paid online via credit card at the time of purchase.

Participant Cancels

For fundraising and social events no refunds will be issued under any circumstances if the registrant is unable to attend. However, the registrant/s is welcome to find a substitute. The substitute person’s requested information, e.g. contact, allergy, food and room preference, etc., should be provided 10 working days before the event is scheduled to occur.

ABLE2 Cancels

 In the event that ABLE2 cancels the event a tax receipt will be issued for the full amount. Allow 15 business days for the tax receipt to be processed.

 Event Postponed

 If an event is postponed, not cancelled the following options are available:

 • Registrations/tickets are honoured for the new date.

 • Registrations/tickets can be transferred to another individual. This change of participant and their accommodation/allergies etc. must be communicated to the event organizer 10 days prior to the event.

 • Registration/tickets may be cancelled and a tax receipt for the full amount will be issued.

 • Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 No changes will be accommodated after May 5, 2022.

Deferred Purchases from the 2020 Event

If you purchased tickets or a corporate table for the cancelled 2020 edition of Evening in the Maritimes and agreed to defer your purchase to the 2022 event, please reach out to our Ticketing Manager from iSPARK Consulting to update your file. The deadline for 2020 deferred guests to confirm their participation in the 2022 event is Friday, April 1, 2022. After this date, all deferred ticket and table purchases will be voided.
